Santa’s Vacation

Away from work, he’s just Noel, a friend to the children he meets along the way. In Brazil, Noel gets carried away by the samba and embarks on a visit to the Amazon. Then, he travels to the paradisiacal beaches of the Caribbean. He heads to Africa to discover its beauty and rhythms. He’s enchanted by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Only then does he happily return to the North Pole. “Santa’s Vacation” is an incentive to explore countries and other cultures. It is a way of putting children in touch with the world. The chosen destinations are places where the author, Mariana Macedo, has lived. Places of memories that she shares.
